Great work/life balance: The company encourage work/life balance and the manager will never question you when you request for time off. Management will encourage employees to be completely unplug from work when you are on vacation. Work From Home: The company is very progressive with WFH, management give a lot of flexibility and as long as works are being done, no questions asked. Total Autonomy: Management never dictate what you need to do, I am free to plan my works accordingly. Meetings: all meetings are over zoom and everyone respects your time. The meetings never went over time. Team: Everyone in this company is amazing, very respectfully of others. Each employee is truly admire the experiences we each bring to the company. Everyone is open-minded and ready to learn from you. Management: I truly respect my managements in this company. They will never question my work and always give positive encouragement during meeting. I never had such a great management team in the past. Transparency: The company is very transparent with all employees on where the company is heading. How the company is doing. Our leaders always encourage for us to speak up during team meetings.
