Pros
There are some talented and excellent people working here, unfortunately they are planning their exit strategies. The benefits are better than average. The location of the company at the Gateway has been improved as far as safety.
Cons
The Executive Director has created a culture of fear and dsyfunction. There is no trust given and micromanaging is rampant. The ED also allows certain employees, whom she likes, special privileges( e.g. telecommuting, dressing casually), but refuses others with no policy or reason. Upper management and employees are ignored and mistrusted when they make suggestions or voice opinions/recommendations contrary to the ED‘s. No matter your years of experience or proven skills be prepared to be treated like a child. Employees are looked at as a liability instead of an asset. Great employees have left, and prospective employees refuse to come here, in large part because of the ED‘s total lack of leadership and negative influence.
