Pros

Well-structured interview process with clear progression. Quick communication after each round. Technical questions were relevant to the job role. Friendly and supportive HR interaction. Good opportunity to get placed with top clients like JP Morgan, Barclays, HSBC, etc.

Cons

Lack of clarity on the training start date and offer letter timeline. Short technical interview duration (only ~15 mins), which may not fully assess technical depth. No option to choose client or specific project during selection.

Thank you for your review. At mthree, we truly appreciate and listen to every review that we receive, and we ensure we’re learning and growing from everything we do. We’re thrilled to hear that you had a positive experience during the selection journey. A well-structured interview process, timely communication, and relevant technical assessments are all areas we strive to get right — and it’s great to know they made a difference for you. We’re also glad that our HR team’s support and the opportunity to work with top-tier clients stood out during your experience. We appreciate your feedback on areas where we can improve. We understand that clarity around training start dates and offer timelines is essential, and we’re working to streamline these communications. Additionally, while our technical interviews are designed to be efficient, we recognize that a longer format may better showcase candidates’ depth of knowledge. Your point about client and project selection is also noted — while we aim to match skills with client needs, we’re exploring ways to offer more transparency and flexibility in this process. Thank you again for sharing your experience. Your insights help us build a better mthree for everyone.

Pros

During my time at mthree, the company underwent significant restructuring, including numerous layoffs and the transition of departing from Wiley. While there were challenges, the mission behind the Hire, Train, Deploy model was strong in theory and gave me a sense of purpose in helping applicants find opportunities. The North America Talent Acquisition team was the highlight of my experience—led by people who genuinely care about their work and the candidates they support. They are what make mthree so great.

Cons

I've witnessed upper management fail to support an employee after a client placed them in a difficult situation. The entire model of mthree is to provide support from beginning to end of the candidate journey. That experience made it clear to me that mthree was not a long-term fit. The sales department has unstable relationships with clients, which directly impacts the quality and consistency of work available to consultants. As a result, those who complete the 8-week training program often find themselves in uncertain positions once their training ends. Additionally, upward mobility is extremely limited due to the company's small size, making it necessary to look elsewhere for steady career growth.
