The management is for lack of better terms, absolutely awful. There were consistent delays prior to commencing the full-time position, during which any queries were always forwarded to other departments without updates afterwards. If you do not reach out, Wiley will NOT seek you to inform you of the situation at hand.
Despite how enjoyable experience in training, the poor management revealed after left a sour taste and an undoubtedly awful first impression, one from which could not be recovered from.
