They are professional at making you feel stupid and ignorant. Since the moment you join, they are clever at waving by firing you. Every week you get direct and indirect warning that you are extra labor. They take as a hobby hiring people then firing in no time for weird reasons. It is not individual case, a lot of people suffered the same. The worst work atmosphere you could find. People mock you and laugh at you for no reason. They force to bring ideas and solve problems at once. You even Do not have to rethink. Finally, if you really think of leaving your job and joining Mr. Usta, you should think twice before you leave.
