Pros
The culture here is genuinely outstanding. From day one, I’ve been surrounded by talented, supportive people who are passionate about what we’re building. There’s a real sense of camaraderie and collaboration - people actually want to help each other succeed, which is rare to find. The product speaks for itself. Our customers absolutely love the platform, and it’s incredibly motivating to work on something that delivers real value. The pace of innovation is exciting - we’re constantly shipping new features and improvements. Being part of a company with strong brand recognition adds to the pride in the work we do. The perks are fantastic: daily catered lunch, gym memberships/fitness stipends, and memorable company trips that bring the team together. These aren’t just checkbox benefits - they show the company genuinely cares about employee well-being.
Cons
As with any fast-growing company, process maturity is still developing. There can be ambiguity around workflows, decision-making, and documentation. If you need highly structured processes, this might feel chaotic at times. But if you’re comfortable with some ambiguity and helping build those processes, it’s actually an opportunity. Work-life balance can be challenging during peak periods. The fast pace and ambitious goals sometimes mean longer hours. It’s not always sustainable, and I’d love to see more attention given to preventing burnout as we scale.
