Cons
Some workers shy away from phones with anxiety and avoid calls from clients. Fee earners leave their phones on divert to secretaries all the time to avoid callers.
Company made redundancies to save money, claimed my job wasn’t needed anymore but they passed my workload onto colleagues instead to cut costs. This was very disappointing.
