This felt like a toxic work environment. Lots of ego and attitude from management. The owners actions came off as manipulative.

Incredible people. So friendly, open and warm. Really learned a lot - has given me real direction for my last year of university. Had great access to senior leadership team. Being a small company, i got to do more than I initially thought I would. This was so important to my learning and overall experience. The team lunches, activities and parties were a blast!

Was a bit lonely working from home. We were only in the office 2 or 3 days a week as they work on a hybrid schedule.
