The management is pathetic, every second of their life they spend to think about how they can cut the cost for the company this why they cannot keep employees happy also if somebody from the company leaves and serves notice period, after the notice period is completed the new person joins so the new person doesn't get any training on the product and he/she suffers in the work then he decides to leave and the cycle continues.
