Small company and small team.

- I had the chance to be involved in many types of projects: from interior design to large scale residential developments. - Great work-life balance (overtime is rare if you are well organized). - Stress-free environment: proper time and resources are given to the team. Everything is done with quality in mind with the help of senior staff members. - Progressive management and leadership: the two owners are never bossy and always make sure that everyone involved in the project has a chance to speak up. It truly is an architectural studio. - Strong solidarity and trustful relationship within the team: I was given the help I needed when it was required to meet the deadlines. - Awesome office space: the newly renovated space includes a large open space flooded with natural light and two private rooms for small group brainstorming. - The company encourages all employees to improve their skills: Opportunity is given to Co-op students to show their talent and to be fully part of the project team. Great for learning and grow as a professional. - Most important: the studio is Design-driven with a strong focus on technical details. I've had excellent exchanges with Steve and Phil during the Design stage and the development of working drawings. There is a real desire of changing how architecture is done in the City/Region and a very progressive approach in terms of Design. It is very refreshing!

- Some team members have a propensity to buy a bunch of donuts every single time they get a haircut: expect a weight change!
