Joined as a fresher - started with good projects right away and gained an end-to-end project experience.The kind of experience gained as a fresher while on project is so intense that it helped me to be confident to handle challenging projects and grow as a professional. Regular work hours - good work/life balance.
Cons
Compensation could have been better. Too many systems/process in place to track work and time.
