Pros
Unlimited PTO and fully remote work are valuable perks. Many of the colleagues are talented, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The people doing the actual work are the best thing this company has going for it.
Cons
Leadership is the company's biggest liability. Reorgs happen frequently, and when one fails to fix the underlying problems, the answer is always to bring in new leadership and put employees through another round of uncertainty and disruption. Since the Clarity acquisition, the company has been defaulting to Clarity's outdated ways of working. What was once a more agile environment has been dragged toward waterfall processes that slow everything down and frustrate teams trying to move quickly and deliver value. Compensation is a serious issue here. There is no bonus structure for most individual contributor roles, and merit or COL increases have simply not happened. Company prides itself on financial transparency but HR nor leadership explained why there was no merit or COL. Career growth is murky...don't expect a defined career path and promotion criteria shifts all the time. Recognition is inconsistent, and the expectation is that you do more with less.
