Pros
- everyone was so lovely to work with , really had a great team and felt supported - their mission to work towards a sustainable future was admirable - working in a smaller business you get to learn alot and dip you toes in multiple avenues - flexible with working hrs and work from home - working with a growing business was actually exciting
Cons
- every workplace has its challenges with team members and performance but they handled it well
