work out benefits, fellow employees are great.
Cons
overworked, understaffed, and slow response of management to acknowledge the problems. It's been months of the same, with promises that it will change but, if anything, it has only gotten worse as a huge amount of people have left and there is large portion of our team that has not received the training they need or the help they need to be successful in the company.
