-baby 5 hour shifts only have 15mins break
-no bonuses means very minimum wage paycheck
-management can do better so that the good employees aren’t constantly doing more yet being paid the same as those who work less
-scheduling isn’t always done right : being scheduled in for work despite closing the availability seems to be counterproductive as people just call in sick
-no holidays or shorter store hours for Chinese new year is a bit ridiculous especially for a company claiming to be diverse and inclusive. It’s ultimately business first.
-No really career opportunity if you want to get into the HQ as there are very little roles in the first place
-Late shifts until 12am can be taxing
