Pros
It feels great working with the elderly. You get a sense of peace knowing you are there to help them move around, eat, remember who they are and also making them comfortable.
Cons
Sometimes it gets real hard getting to work, because we don't work at the same location all the time. I do not own a vehicle. At times work will be 1hr and 20 minutes from my place of residence and would have to take a cab
