Where do I start, The immediate manager of mine was a pure evil ! She used to dominate the regional manager who had no decision making potential of his own. We worked (the team) worked like crazy but damm nothing could make them happier. Also, the mentally in stable manager was unqualified and no experience of her own. If you are sane, give yourself some months, you will be soon prescribed by your doctor as clinically depressed. ... This place actually pushed me to take a good decision in life, I have won't my job and opted for a better job with good management. Go for a job where the CEO is smart and not blind!
