Great place to work - Regional Manager instant Tax Service Employee Review

The Baltimore, Maryland Instant Tax office current team is going to have a great up coming season.

Previous years may give a negative opinion.

Good education with understanding taxes.

~ Locked in small room with other operators for 6 or more hours without break (threatened to be fired if I got up to go to the restroom) ~ Clock in and clock out times were poorly managed. ~ Pay checks were off due to poor time keeping ~ Trained with them (mandantory trainning) for over two weeks with no pay. ~ Hired in early to mid december, received no pay check to mid Janurary. ~ Recieved no W2 from employer. Employer refuses to contact me or reply to any email... "it is now Feb. 19th and still no response. And no address for IRS to send their notice of complaint letter." ~ No coroparate office to contact regarding payroll. Employees and customers call the same random 1-888 number. ~ Every day someone is being threatened to be fired over little issues. Every other day someone is beng "fired"
