Pros

You get a computer monitor. Yay! That's about it.

Cons

If I like good communication...run away. If you want to be paid correctly every month...run away. If you like management you can trust....run away. If you like a job where you have a team that supports you...run away. If you like a company that supports their staff and has their back...run away. If you like to do your job well and not get bogged down with 14 other jobs because other employees hate it so much...run away. Now, if you like guessing who is going to support the product you are selling..this is the place for you. If you enjoy having endless meetings with different people every week because the people you spoke to last week have been fired...you gonna love this place. If you love waking up in the morning thinking, "why the hell am I working here?". This is your dream job. If you crave sending multiple emails to the same people to get help for a customer, and 3 weeks later you are still left begging...you will love it here. Oh and also, if you like stuck up management that are so far up each other's butts...you sir, will love this place

Pros

ISW offers meaningful opportunities for flexibility and skill development, but there are areas where organizational practices could be strengthened to improve employee experience and retention. Remote-first workplace, providing flexibility and supporting work–life balance Access to training and development resources, including courses designed to help employees build skills and grow professionally Exposure to cross-functional and international collaboration, which can broaden perspective and experience.

Cons

Compensation does not always feel aligned with the scope of responsibilities and workload Communication across teams can be inconsistent, particularly in a globally distributed environment Management feedback style may feel overly critical at times, rather than supportive or coaching-oriented Cultural expectations appear uneven, with U.S.-based employees often expected to adapt to international teams, while reciprocal cultural understanding is less emphasized High levels of monitoring and oversight can create a stressful environment and limit autonomy Lean principles are promoted through training, but leadership application of those principles may feel inconsistent Relatively high turnover across teams, which can affect morale, continuity, and workload balance
