Pros

- Good overall technical experience, with use of cutting-edge tools and frameworks

Cons

- Toxic, mentally-ill, disrespectful, and unprofessional management - Bad, abusive, and toxic work environment - Bad salary, you'll earn much less than the average in the industry, and they'll keep giving false promises that it will improve - Overtime compensation is atrocious - The benefits package, particularly the health insurance tier, was misrepresented during the hiring process as premium when it was, in fact, the lowest possible tier which was deceiving. - Work-life balance is non-existent, with mandatory overtime expected daily. You are guaranteed to work everyday for at least 2 hours overtime. If you refuse, you'll be treated even worse. Breaks are not respected, and requests for work often interrupt personal time. - Very bad contract, notice period, etc.. TLDR; you'll be a slave, more so than a human being. If you're okay with all of this just to get the experience, go ahead. I wouldn't recommend that at all, though.

Pros

Good technical experience along with good use for new technologies.

Cons

There have been some serious issues in this company starting from court issues to some of my coworkers and mental issues that the ceo of this company has. To be very realistic they will try to slave you as much as possible without any consideration of your well being working hours are 9 hours per day and you will be grateful to leave without working for more than 11 hours in a normal day. You will be warned every time you use your phone, you will warned if you didn’t give at least 8 hours of productivity every day, you will be warned if you took “to many breaks” which is more than one break. Toxic encounters and being pressured all the time that I have experienced can be subjectively but I am pretty sure if you work there you will encounter the same issue as it wasn’t only my case actually I no one in my department didn’t hate this, so I can guarantee this will be every the case for anyone. All of this on top of it you will get the lowest salary on the market with some false promises that this should be temporarily so It will be easier to accept it. My advice is to not consider working there for your own benefit because if you did they will literally threat you with consequences if you try to leave.
