Pros

Amazing place to work on purposeful project and initiatives that make you want to get out of bed for. You get to rub shoulders with the best in the industry and learn through the power of the network and established patterns and processes that make infogr8 what it is. As a lean core team, you have the freedom and autonomy to make the experience your own. Richard is a dedicated mentor, and a visionary leader. His ideas and enthusiasm are infectious and a real driver to keep going.

Cons

Remote-first operation has many benefits, but the downside is the lack of face to face time which can be difficult to manage and draining at times.

Pros

The team and the culture - I guess it's a common thing with every startup but the team at infogr8 is exceptional. Not just colleagues but friends and people you can consider as your family. This attitude and approach contributes to top quality team effort. It's a place where you have the opportunity to get immersed in your passion but also get involved in learning new things and what isn't necessary your expertise. Opportunity for personal growth - Personal growth is the single most important thing I search within a company. Infogr8 has a very solid ground not only to build your career but to give you space to find what you are good at and invest in your strengths long-term. The team is extremely supportive, consists of ambitious individuals you can aspire to and thrive with. Projects - an array of creative work from different industries will push your boundaries. It's a continuous learning process, diverse work allows ownership and mastering. Nevertheless, the insight you gather through learning about data and design is truly invaluable.

Cons

As with every start-up it can be challenging to grow the team and create satisfying compensation and benefits.
