great company to work in - Director of Customer Success indus.ai Employee Review

i really love this company.

very very very very nice.

Indus.ai is probably my favorite job that I've ever had. The executive management team is super smart and has great vision, but they still listen to employees, are open to feedback, and make everyone feel valued. The culture is great, everyone has the same goal, and there are no politics or red tape. It's a startup true and true, and growing rapidly. The space is super hot, and the customers get a ton of value from the product. Indus.ai has recently landed some whale customers, who continue to buy for other projects. It's only a matter of time until the whole construction market is disrupted by their technology.

The only reason I left was because of the travel required being a national account manager. Nothing out of the ordinary for this type of role, and I knew the travel requirements going into the job, but wife had a baby 1.5 years into my tenure there, so I left to a big company with a drivable territory. I still miss working at indus.ai everyday.
