This review is specific to the Boston office. The company has focused all of its efforts on servicing a single large insurance company in Boston - the all eggs in one basket scenario. Many resources were recently hired in support of a forthcoming major, multiyear contract that fell through, resulting in excess headcount and layoffs. Some H1B visa holders are being exploited as the loss of sponsorship is held over their heads if they refuse to work long hours or take time off. Benefits are terrible - health insurance is through the DC health exchange and policies are exorbitantly expensive. Time off is sub-standard for the industry. Top-heavy management style means PMs and team leads are undermined in the decision making process. Resources have been known to leave the company in frustration, and are desperately replaced by candidates that haven't been fully vetted or outright are not qualified for their position. A culture of secrecy and dishonesty when it comes to delivering bad news to the client. Way too many managers assigned to a single project means that they are vying for power and influence rather than focusing on the needs of the team. Overall, a terrible experience and one I would want others to avoid.
