Good place for people looking to have a good salary and benefits with a lot of stability - they aren't held accountable to investors and board members.

The company has been around for over 8 years with no moves towards an exit or monetization.
Team size hasn’t grown in several years.
No clear goals communicated to help employees and the company grow.
Doesn’t move fast like most startups - has been around for 8+ years working on messaging, 4+ years working on voice/video calls but still lagging in development.
Most of the team and the founders aren’t very career or growth motivated.
People who do very little are rewarded the same as those who work hard.
Founders expect most staff to keep quiet and do as told - little room to contribute ideas or help improve the product and company.
A lot of the staff aren’t very friendly - several people seem unhappy to be there which has contributed to a negative culture.
A few of the engineers have bad tempers, getting upset frequently and demeaning other employees - the founders don’t seem to be bothered by this at all.
