When you start at ImageHOLDERS things are very positive. But as time goes on the CEO gradually becomes more and more dictatorial. Your expertise and experience is not appreciated The CEO lets people wear flip flops in the workshop H&S?There is a shower. Get another job somewhere else is the best advice
Cons
Leadership problem that spoils creativity. Were not paying supplier at one point. The product is not secure all you need is a small screwdriver to open if you know how.
