Pros
Started off somewhat encouraging with through leadership and compassion, however that quickly changed where there were no pros at all.
Cons
Management (self centered and focused only on the bottom line/revenue) Processes (established a myriad of processes for the sake of having process. This prevents quick decision making and causes friction between teams) Team Collaboration (stakeholders or leaders of departments are ONLY focused on their departments. There is no teamwork or collaboration, but rather finger pointing and blaming for issues. Furthermore, as leaders, these individuals are only focused on how their teams are perceived and lack empathy) Pay/Career Growth (terrible pay structure with false promises. No outline for career growth or potential opportunities. Additionally management often lies about “what is coming” with the intention of preventing an individual from leaving. Furthermore management lies about opportunities for individuals and when those do not happen, they pretend the conversations were never had)
