Cons
Relentless workloads, no resources, pie-in-the-sky goals from managers, burnt out employees, urgent projects dumped on overstretched staff, impossible deadlines, project blame culture, finger pointing, disorganisation, speak up and get managed out or bullied, employees humiliated by managers in front of peers. CEO put KPIs on management to write 5star glassdoor reviews and vote them to hide negative reviews, managers threatened staff to write recent good reviews, not fooling anyone. Toxic bullying culture, new coworkers leave quickly due to the horrible environment, external recruiters stopped sending people to this meat grinder, Illion has poor reputation in the job market, high turnover, company doesn’t protect staff from known bullies (CEO Simon and CSO Kevin), cronyism and boys-club, bad mouthing of leavers, hierarchical and authoritative, negativity has bled into every business unit and created a very toxic company, greedy delusional management, hostile, only in it to sell off the company and make their millions, big egos, short term financial gain focus, no care or respect for employees, openly swear and yell at staff, send abusive emails in capslock, micromanagement of projects, delusional as don’t see anything wrong with their abusive behaviours, pale, male, stale, no women in business leadership. No reward for project development & execution, no investment in new tech or people, no progression, dirty offices, filthy kitchens and bathrooms, low salary, impossible KPIs, fake promises, fake reviews, absolute hell hole, staff morale in the toilet, do not leave a stable job to come here, worst job I ever had.
