      Pros

      - Most people are great and you can actually learn a lot from them - Amazing upper management - If you're lucky, you can work on the cutting edge stuff - Ego isn't so much of an issue

      Cons

      - We never saw the complete product (I've never seen the UI) - A selected few are working on the cool stuff, rest are kinda cruising around - Poor lower management - Poor technical and knowledge in most teams. The TLs are trying to push tasks away as they have no clue. - Startup with (bad) corporate habbits without the benefits
