There is a constant overload of work. The company is highly disorganized, with frequent changes in priorities, teams often receive conflicting instructions with unclear communication, and a lack of structure that makes it difficult for employees to perform effectively. Poor communication practices, lack of transparency, and an environment where feedback is not truly welcomed. There is a noticeable gap between what leadership communicates and what employees actually experience. Feedback is not welcomed, and raising concerns can feel unsafe or discouraged. Any opinion that does not align with the company’s narrative is dismissed. There is an unspoken expectation to always "stay in line," and those who question processes or raise issues are often made to feel they do not belong. Compensation is significantly below market standards
