      Pros

      If you are in the area, the office provides nice environment with refreshments available. Work is valuable to society and being part of that gives purpose

      Cons

      Forever changing focus and never completing the mission. What used to live by it's values are no longer relevant when decisions seem to be counter what is said to be the goal. Transparency same as a brick wall

      Tries hard to support staff. Flexible case load and supervision

      Cons

      Not guarantee patients will turn up - only get paid for two dna / late cancellations .

      Pros

      Decent pay, great benefits, worked with some very smart people. Decent office snacks.

      Cons

      Can’t seem to figure out their way with a focus on the US market. AI is way behind and very few customers. Extremely competitive space. Seem to be churning through the people they hire to sell the app in the US market. Seem to change course yet the leadership protects themselves seemingly without consequences for poor decisions.
