Pros

Free organic snacks/coffee, I guess. Which is great if you like organic, but not everyone does.

Cons

They don't value all of their employees. The review on here that says they have over 100 employees is a blatant lie. The parking lot could NOT bear it if this company had more than 25 employees in this Florida location, and there is no way they would add that many in Nashville. That would take too much profit out of the nepotism pockets. No, that was not a truthful review at all. Loser company which is more impressed with nepotism than being a real, productive. They only moved to Florida so that they didn't have to pay state sales tax and so they would not be governed by California's employee-friendly laws. Down here, they can pretty much take advantage and the state of Florida won't do a darn thing.

Pros

Absolutely NONE! Maybe that you’ll quickly realize your worth and look for something better.

Cons

Unlivable pay: Salary is well below market (under $50k) with zero growth opportunities. In today’s economy, it’s laughable. • Chaotic onboarding: Completely disorganized. No introductions, no clear point of contact, and no support with even basic things like supplies. You’re left to figure everything out alone. • Toxic environment: Extremely cliquey, comparable to a high school setting. Departments keep to themselves, and unless you’re part of the “in group,” no one bothers to learn your name or lend a hand. The culture is mean-spirited, unwelcoming, and draining. • False promises about flexibility: They advertise being relaxed about remote work, but in reality, they force in-office attendance for roles that are entirely independent and require little collaboration. It feels more like control than necessity. • Leadership issues: Leadership avoids accountability, lacks transparency, and seems more interested in surveillance than supporting employees. • Company culture: The company is run by Scientologists, which significantly influences the environment!! take that into account before applying.
