so when i joined, i struggled a lot with coding but the team and everyone has been very supportive and helpful and slowly and gruadually from building responsive websites to building pixel perfect websites and then building backend driven project and interacting with clients and it has been an immense opportunity for me to grow
Cons
The team is good, but again as they try to give chance to upcoming non-proven talent and they try to be too good, it backfires. so they should fire the talent which isn't performing.
