      Smaller firm so there were a lot of opportunities to learn. Management was more focused on you and helping you grow

      Provides nice employee events and perks including Lunch and Learns, CEU opportunities, Team building events

      Cons

      Limited movement between accounts once someone is trained. This seems to be getting better but is slow to change.
