Pros
I was recently promoted to Director of Sales Operations, and one of the things I've appreciated most throughout my career here has been the opportunity to grow and take on new challenges. I've been trusted with increasing responsibility over the years, worked on a wide variety of projects, and have had the chance to continuously learn and develop professionally.
I've worked closely with many teams across the company over the years and have always found the people to be one of the biggest strengths here. I've also been fortunate to work directly with both the CEO and President. They have always been supportive, accessible, and genuinely invested in my success. A big part of my career growth is a result of the trust, guidance, and opportunities they've given me along the way.
Like any growing technology company, there are busy periods and plenty of challenges, but that's also what has kept the job interesting. I've never felt stuck in the same role doing the same thing every day. There's always an opportunity to contribute, learn something new, and make an impact.
No company is perfect, but overall I've had a very positive experience here.
Cons
As with most growing technology companies, priorities can change from time to time and the pace can be fast. That environment won't be for everyone, but for people who enjoy learning new things, taking on challenges, and having opportunities to make an impact, it can be very rewarding.
