A very family friendly, laid bad work environment. The management is small; works in the same location as the rest of the company; and has a very hands on approach. The company really let's every level of full time employees contribute their ideas. Engineering is fast and fluid with much of the design process highly flexible. All coding is done in house.

On the flip side, sometimes too many people's opinions are taken into account. On occasion singular complaints about the company from customers are taken to seriously. Being a small company, sometimes feelings and beliefs trump data. Retirement benefits are lacking but slowly improving.

It was the people and the idea...new management caused brain drain...

Used to have good managers, good management, good people but got bought a few years ago and the new management started to care more about the bottom line then the product. The 'new' management had zero knowledge of how the company works and came in with a scorched earth policy. This caused most of the engineers to leave and most of the clueless upper management to be even more clueless. Bruno Vassel(III or IV) is NOT the CEO anymore, they were fired thanks to the new managment. It's been bought and the family aspect of the company is gone. Sadly. It was a great company in it's day.l
