      Flexibility - the ability to work from home has allowed me more time with my family and I love the autonomy in my role Positive culture - The leadership team prioritises staff health and well being and continually works to create a happy and engaging culture It's an innovative business with an inspiring team

      Cons

      Being a global business it's hard to get the whole team together, especially since Covid and travel restrictions etc.

      iasset.com is a great, fast growing company with a tremendous upside. - iasset.com understands and fosters a work-life balance. - Management team has a true open door policy and encourages engagement from top to bottom. - Management is top notch and helps sales team build their own businesses. - No BS, no politics, great team to work with.

      Cons

      It's a long flight to Sydney from the US, but its great when you get there.
