Pros

Disciplined in all respects. Smooth interview experience.

Cons

Reviews about this organization are fake on this platform. I was approached by the HR while I was working there to provide a review for the organization which I refused much to the annoyance of the HR on the basis of ethics and principles, and employee rights. One of the worst organisations I have worked for. The HR was annoyed that I practiced work-life balance and took that against me. No work from home policy, not even in case some genuine concern and issue. I was forced to resign from my position and so were at least 3 people around me, All of these were red flags that I did not recognise and thought something like this wouldn't happen to me. The organisation doesn't seem to have a concept of open and transparent performance reviews of all the employees. And there is a clear biasness towards employees graduating from a particular college. It is not actually one organisation but four organisations who share the same senior management. And across these four organizations, all employees are treated very similarly. The HR which should have been the 'Voice of the Employees' is in fact just the opposite. If you provide any genuine feedback to the organization about the conduct of the senior managament, they protect them and ask you to leave instead. After leaving the organization, I have taken about 2-3 years to process everything that I went through while I was working there because I wanted to be sure that like all good employees that I learn from this 'bad experience' and do not repeat my mistakes. While the HR is absolutely non-supportive and extremely protective of the senior management and organization, the senior management is extremely disrespectful and rude. On two separate occasions, I experienced extreme disrespect by someone who was the CEO of another sister-organisation. On top of the biasness towards employees graduating from one particular college, all the organizations reek with nepotism which is very hard to digest. What happened with me there, literally destroyed my career overnight and the words of the HR were 'all things happen for good'. One of the most insensitive HRs that I have come across. What was also very surprising that I had come from an organisation where the HR was largely non-intrusive, but here things are very different and as an employee one needs to be prepared for the worst happening to them. Do not join them if you have another offer in hand. And especially do not join them if you feel that this organisation could a very serious stepping stone for your career and if you are planning to spend at least 2-3 years working for them. It is not worth any of the efforts that you will put here. Because, in my opinion, the senior management and HR comes across as dumb, and doesn't have a very clear understanding of what kind of work takes how much kind of effort. The culture is unkind and non-supportive. Don't join, The concept and the products are very interesting and would excite you enough to want to put your complete heart and soul in your work. Don't fall for that trap. The senior management is too selfish to think and care for people beyond themselves. They are really only it it for themselves, everyone else is just deluding themselves. There were some policy changes that they made to ESOPs and other such thing. During the time of interview do not forget to ask about those policies and all future bonuses and then plan your employment with them accordingly. Even if you choose to join and work, work very mechanically and do not become attached.

Pros

salary credited on time until when nobody knows

Cons

My experience with EDIIIE / IXR Labs / DHI Tattva has been challenging due to several organizational and management practices that, in my opinion, negatively affect the overall employee experience. The company policies often appear to favor management over employees. Transparency is limited, and policies or processes seem to change frequently without clear communication. This creates uncertainty and makes it difficult for employees to understand expectations. Leadership decisions and project management processes can feel disorganized, resulting in unnecessary stress and reduced team morale. Employee feedback, professional development, and overall well-being do not always appear to receive sufficient attention. Leave management is another area that could benefit from greater consistency and fairness. For example, the company applies a sandwich leave policy when employees take leave around weekends, while management's own leave practices often appear to be handled with greater flexibility. In addition, employees are occasionally required to work on Saturdays due to project demands, but compensatory leave may be difficult to utilize in practice. There is also a perception that organizational policies are interpreted differently depending on the situation. This inconsistency can create concerns about fairness and job security, as employees may feel that important decisions lack transparency. From my perspective, recognition is not always based solely on performance or merit. Employees who raise concerns or provide constructive feedback may feel overlooked, while those who align closely with management sometimes appear to receive preferential treatment. Project planning is another recurring concern. In one project, many team members felt that planning and scheduling issues led to avoidable weekend work and increased workload. Urgent deadlines frequently arose toward the end of the week, resulting in mandatory Saturday work. Although compensatory leave was sometimes offered, employees often found it difficult to use. These situations created the impression that project planning could be improved to better support work-life balance. It also appeared that some operational issues persisted despite being well known within the organization, leaving employees with the impression that accountability was not always applied consistently. The company could also improve workplace diversity. The representation of women appeared to be very limited, and the overall work environment did not seem particularly supportive of retaining female employees. The HR function could be more employee-focused. While HR is expected to serve as a bridge between employees and management, concerns raised by employees did not always appear to receive adequate attention or resolution. Although the company follows a work-from-home model with official working hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, employees were often expected to be available before official working hours. Team messages regarding online availability frequently began around 8:10–8:15 AM, which contributed to the feeling that personal boundaries were not fully respected. The organization also appeared to place significant emphasis on attendance, compliance, and salary deductions, while employee contributions and achievements did not always receive comparable recognition. Despite positioning itself as an AR/VR and gaming company, I felt that the workplace lacked the collaborative and creative environment typically associated with the industry. Client expectations, project planning, and quality management often seemed inconsistent. Compensation and career progression were additional concerns. Salary increments were limited, recognition was infrequent, opportunities for professional growth were relatively few, and many employees felt that their contributions were not sufficiently valued. Overall, my experience suggests that the organization has opportunities to improve transparency, leadership practices, project planning, communication, employee recognition, work-life balance, HR effectiveness, and career development. Prospective employees may wish to research the company thoroughly and consider whether its work culture and management style align with their expectations before accepting an offer.
