Customer reporting dashboard is slow and inadequate 4. Small team and hence missing team leaders in functional tech areas with autonomy

Because everyone works from home, you will feel less bonded with the colleagues. There is a gap between the business team and tech team. The business team does not understand the product they are selling. CEO is impatient and does not respect people's time, always late for meetings, even when it is with clients, for at least 20min. No appreciation for existing employees but spend big money hiring expensive 'mangers'.
