Pros
I joined this company with no real-world experience in the field—just a degree and a strong desire to learn. From day one, the team invested in my growth and provided the training and support I needed to build real confidence in my role. I was never made to feel like I had to figure things out on my own or that I had been “thrown to the wolves.” There has always been someone willing to help, answer questions, or guide me in the right direction.
One of the things that stands out most is the company culture. Leadership clearly places a lot of value on hiring people who work well together and contribute to a positive environment. It truly feels like a team where everyone supports each other.
Another aspect I appreciate is the transparency across the organization. Leadership makes an effort to communicate openly and honestly, and employees at every level feel accessible—including the CEO. No matter your role or experience level, you’re treated like your contributions matter.
Overall, it’s been a great place to start and grow my career, and I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve been given to learn and develop.
Cons
None that I can think of - every workplace has it's faults, but I've never felt any negative feelings towards this company or my position here that's made a lasting impact to note.
