Since the company is promoting / introducing new product in the market ,at times the uncertainty creeps in and the hire authority people needs to conduct frequent work shop to ensure the sales force is pumped up all the time.

Salary offered is higher than market standards. Travel reimbursements are provided on time along with salary as well. Wants to do good job

Company's aims and objective is not clear. The change the product and services very fast. Difficult to create name in the market if not persistent with services.
