      Pros

      - Salary offer: Good but might be slightly lower as they will compare with the salary bracket from Brisbane team where salary bracket is lower. - There is a lot of work in pipeline

      Cons

      - All decisions are coming from executives in Brisbane - Seems there is lack of direction with changing focus - Still so many things changing after aggregation - I feel low career opportunities/growth after the aggregation with Compare The Market. - Melbourne engineering team & office is obviously NOT prioritised anymore. CEO on the other hand always visits BDC contact center in 10th floor. - Work in office - work life balance is questionable for Melbourne office with 4 Days required to be in office

      Pros

      A lot of growth in the business in recent years(pity the maturity of those who manage it hasn't). You get free coffee in the morning.

      Cons

      Mismanaged, with no clear direction, iSelect protects its image to share holders by blaming its staff "clearing house" and "righting mistakes of the past" on a six monthly basis whilst actually succeeding in getting rid of or driving away the few remaining staff that had a clue or believed in the what the business could achieve and delivering on very few of the promises that the CEO and Board make.
