-Awesome, communicative culture -Smart, interesting people who love what they do -Upper management actually communicates with employees and listens to what they say -Work itself is exciting and the products are cool. -Lots of opportunities to learn new skills -Mentoring program
Cons
While all of the above is true about the office in Bedford, the office in Pasadena has a very different culture. Discussions often become combative, and people seem to feel the need to give their 2 cents on every single proposed change, even if they have no background in the situation. Additionally, there are almost no women in the office--certainly none in positions of leadership.
