Pros
No micro managing, you are enabled to do your job Progressive and interesting product Lot's of great co-workers Not a large company, but global so you get access to different ways of doing things
Cons
Lot's of change at executive level, so it's tough to get traction on your projects Communication challenges up the ladder and between departments Globalizing is a little painful, but then again it usually is!
