Pros

The office aims to have a trendy start up feel. The company makes up bilateral "promotions" to keep the young employees happy.

Cons

They are pricing themselves out of a market that is already riddled with legal issues. While upper management is friendly, they are not involved in actual day-to-day improvement of staff. This is a churn and burn sales position with zero attention to providing tools to help employees succeed.

Pros

Great company atmosphere, competitive environment, money to be made there, best in-class technology, strong C-level leadership, opportunity for growth, awesome company retreats, young crowd.

Cons

The feeling of coming into work everyday not feeling secure isn't a good one. Constant turnover, high-pressure selling, would rather get in a deal before the end of the month and lose it then wait a week after to win it. Quotas are ridiculous and realistically unattainable when dealing with PR professionals on a daily basis. Not much on-going training, battling constantly over accounts, rarely any in-bound leads, competitors have similar technology for a substantially lower price.
