      1. Your ideas will surely appreciated and implemented . 2. You can learn from anyone at any level. 3. Multiple techniques and technologies used by organisation.

      Cons

      I am working from last 2.7 yrs and very happy/satisfied as I have learnt a lot from this organisation. Just a small thing team outing and outdoor activities are less but that doesn't impact the goodness.

      Pros

      Value its employees who are hardworking and sincere. Its an organization that will definitely cherish and nurture your talent and will help you grow there is no corporate politics

      Cons

      Yes, life at iPros is not easy..constant pressure is there. It makes you ready for life, Its like if you can drive in India, you can drive in any part of the world. If you work at iProf, you will be valued the most in any other organization. Its not a place for lazy people and loosers!
