Pros
iMile was a great experience to learn and grow they provided soo many projects and opportunities to really push your boundaries and problem solving skills, they definitely respected the employee benefits and growth schemes when i was there based on the department performance (promotions and raises..etc) it is a predominantly chinese/ south asian company so communication, understanding and flexibility to their style of work are key. Honestly i grew alot in terms of communication there I was a designer for them so they also tested my skills alot and helped me push the boundaries of my creativity since it was a startup at the time and they were adjusting to the regions market That's why communication was a huge thing i came out with since it was a huge work in progress to get it to where it's at now
