No pros at all. The owner is a sadist who seems to enjoy making others suffer. There are no proper working hours — you must be there from 10 AM to 10–11 PM for a salary that’s nothing more than pennies. There is no respect, constant politics, and a toxic environment. You get back what you sow — making others suffer with no time to learn, grow, or live will eventually return to you.

Everything here is a con — they pretend to be doing something big while fooling everyone, even their own clients. No work ethics, only politics. You are forced to work 12 hours a day for a salary equal to a sweeper’s, while they expect world-class results. Pure toxicity. The suffering you give always returns
