      Pros

      First job right out of college and I made the right choice when I decided to join imatrix. My coworkers are awesome, my manager cares about my success and works with me consistently to help me grow my skills. Lastly our SVP just gave the entire sales team a raise.

      Cons

      Working from home is lonely at times. Would be great to have more group meetings with the other departments to learn more about the company.
