There is potential to earn bonuses, but the reality falls far short of expectations.

The base pay is low, and the promised bonus structure is misleading. Despite being told there is strong earning potential, I only made about $200 in bonuses over the course of a year. The workload is also exhausting, with constant back-to-back calls and little to no downtime, making it difficult to maintain energy and morale throughout the day.
