      Very competent leadership Friendly team Room for growth and very solid career opportunities Good pay comparing to industry average Very rapid company growth

      Long hours for junior staff Cross functional work sometimes a challenge Changing process sometimes can be painful If you're incompetent you'll be out in no time (no tolerance)
